So went into the Valley today to visit Domayne, Freedom & Adairs. I got this soap dispenser and toothbrush holder for a bargain of less than $20 for the pair of them on sale at Domanye, not sure which bathroom they will go in yet.
I have also recently been starting to add to my vase collection which is a very 'Metricon' way of decorating. This is some I have bought lately...
I also got Sheridan 'Trenton' bath sheets, bath mat, hand towels and face washers on sale at 40% off at Adairs today. $140 for 2 towels, 2 hand towels, 1 mat and 2 face washers!
So how many folders do you all have for your 'house' stuff? I have 4 but currently only using 2! This pink one is the one I carry to and from work and has a set of plans and all the bills etc.
This 'My Dream Home' folder from 'Kikki K' is full of all my inspiring pictures which gets added to very regularly! Its almost full!
Then there are these 2. The white one is all the paperwork from the land purchase and the purple one is all our initial colour selection research/older stuff.
Its amazing how much stuff you manage to collect for 1 house build!
Anyway I'm off to finish packing for my week away at the beach starting tomorrow! We're staying at Kingscliff North caravan park. We're staying 'Surfari Tents' which is what I call 'glamping'! Camping with style, running water, hot showers, toilet, kitchen, power, bed, couch, TV, water proof and view of the beach right in front.
We have 2 next to each other and my parents and sister and her fiance are sharing the week in the other one. Can't wait, hopefully we get some sunshine. We stayed here for a week last January too and loved it so we're going back! Looking forward to some relaxing and reading time! I've just bought 2 new house mags and have 2 new gardening books I got for Christmas to read cover to cover!
Deck and table and chairs out the front
Couch with bed behind and bathroom behind that
Fridge, microwave, TV and sink
This is the caravan park right on the beach.
Oh yeah National tiles just rang and want to deliver our main floor tiles now, supervisor wont answer though, id say he's busy first week back and all!
I don't think we've ever had our Metricon site supervisor answer his phone on a Wednesday. Perhaps a company policy. ?? Anyway, it might explain why yours is not answering his phone.
ReplyDeleteFolders... pffft. We've moved onto boxes :)
ReplyDeleteSeems like every time we turn around someone has sent us another copy of the full construction drawings with a single page letter stuck on the front. At this point we could probably build our house out of the paper used to send us copies of the plans.
ive got the exact same pink folder for my house things too!! haha too funny :)
ReplyDeletelove the domayne soap dispenser and tooth brush holder! Great choices :)
