So close, but just out of reach for 1 more week!
We were out 'land way' today anyway so we popped by to see what its all looking like. As you can see the fences are 'still' up but the road, kerbing, street lights, trees and some turf are now in. Our block is down this street till you get to a round about, turn left and it's just on the left across the road from a nice new park. This street is Grande Avenue and ours is Tea Trees Avenue, quite a nice street name I think :) There is also 2 new schools opening within 500m as of next year!

You guys are so well behaved... I always understood the fences around our estate with the 'keep out' signs (with amusing threats that the site was regularly patrolled by guard dogs) to be more of a gentle request not to drive our car any further. We just parked nearby, donned our balaclavas and snuck around the side.
ReplyDeleteAnyway hope it opens up soon so we can drive out and take a look.
This Friday is the plan apparently then we should be able to get unlimited 'allowed' access!
