This seems to be taking forever but the timeframe so far goes:

• 27th February - Viewed estate and proposed block with Delfin
• 2nd March - Paid holding deposit on block #2075, $1000
• 23rd March - Signed contract on block
• 28th March - Paid $1500 to Metricon for soiltest and contour survey
• 13th April - Finance approval and land deposit $4000 due to Delfin
• 27th April - Soil test done
• 17th May - Contour survey done
• 19th May - Land registered
• 2nd June - Land settlement
• 6th June - Sign preliminary contract with Metricon and pay further $1000
• 7th July - Sign final contract and pay remainder of deposit to Metricon $8500
• 15th July - Lodged with certifier and colours booked
• 26th July - Tile, Colour & Electrical Appointments
• 28th July - Driveway Crossover Application Approved
• 3rd August - Unconditional finance on construction loan Approved
• 4th August - Plumbing and Drainage Approved
• 5th August - Building Approved
• 6th August - Able to stand on our land at last!
• 10th August - Advised of tentative start date, 25th August!
• 3rd September - RAMS issued Authority to commence construction at last! Revised site start date of 20th September.
• Thursday 16th September - SITE CUT DATE! 14 week count down begins!
• Friday 17th (pm) handed site back to Metricon so we can build retaining wall while we have access
• Waiting for rocks to be delivered and wall to be built due to rain!
• Friday 24th September - met Tom our supervisor on site
• Saturday 2nd October - rock retaining wall built and site handed back to Metricon.
• Thursday 7th October - started drilling piers
• Thursday 14th October - tried finishing piers, no luck, too wet
• Monday 18th October - finished drilling piers, engineer back on site
• Tuesday 19th October - filled drilled
• Wednesday 20th October - Piers filled with concrete
• Thursday 21st October - drains finished
• Friday 22nd October - slab prepped
• Saturday 23rd October - Slab poured
• Monday 25th October - frame
• Tuesday 26th October - frame
• Wednesday 26th October - frame
• Thursday 27th October - trusses
• Friday 28th October - trusses
• Wednesday 3rd or Thursday 4th November - Fascia and Gutter
• Friday 5th November - Roof tiles start
• Monday 8th November - plumbing
• Tuesday 9th November- electrical
• Saturday 13th November - windows
• Monday 15th November - QA check
• Tuesday 16th November - plaster delivered
• Wednesday 17th November - plaster starts
• Friday 19th November - bricks delivered
• Monday 22nd November - bricks start
• Tuesday 23rd November - cornice
• Friday 26th November - cabinets delivered
• Sunday 28th November - doors start
• Monday 29th November - cabinets installed
• Tuesday 30th November - tiles delivered, garage door installed
• Wednesday 1st December - 7am meet tiler on site. Tiler starts
• Monday 6th December - eaves being finished
• Monday 20th December - painter starts
• Week of 10th January - plumbing fit off, handles etc in.
• Week of 17th January - electrical fit off, mirrors, sliders and shower screens, tank delivered
• Week of 24th January - clean, siliconing, window service, tank installed, flyscreens
• Week of 31st January - site clean, painter touch up's, unofficial walk through, certification final, QA check, silt net up again
• Week of 7th  February - PC, 12th, concretor starts
• 15th: bank inspection
• 18th: driveway poured
• 25th: Handover
• 28th: splashback
• 1st: blinds
• 14th: Aircon
• 15th: concrete
• 17th: tile delivery
• 26th: timber retaining wall
• 28th: security screens & tiler
• 31st: tiler finished
• 4th: fridge delivery
