Well after approx 5 months the day has finally come to sign our contracts with Metricon Homes.
We're due to meet our sales consultant at 4pm but his courier doesnt deliver our contracts to him until 3.30! Talk about cutting it fine! Should be a long night reading and learning all we need to know before we sign our lives away!
With any luck we will have our colour appointment in the coming weeks and hopefully a start date in early August!
