Final Plan & Contract signed!

8th July 2010, contract signed and final plans in hand! Wasn't nearly as painful a night as I'd thought it would be although after hundreds of signatures it looked messy!
So now they lodge it to council (could be 3-4 weeks to get approval) then 2 weeks to get to site, so we're still looking at about 6 weeks till we start, oh well.

Next step: Contacted to book in colour, tile and electrical appointments & copy of contract to bank for final finance approval.
