Just got the good news email from our lender RAMS, that our unconditional finance approval for our construction loan is through.
Unfortunatley that included a big wack of RAMS Risk Fee (lenders mortgage insurance) as we put all our cash forward on the land. Only good part is they add it to the loan amount so we dont have to use our savings to pay that. We're saving them for all our new furniture and appliances!
We have now officially done all we need to for the builder, the rest is up to them now!
