Plumbing and Drainage Approved
Arrived home yesterday to find our Plumbing and Drainage Compliance Permit from Ipswich City Council had arrived in the mail! Yay! I hope this means our building approval isn't far away now either!
Good news! We waited 2 weeks after our Plumbing (logan City Council).
Do you guys have an indication on your rates? We have come over to Logan from Brisbane and just got a rates bill $420.00 for a vacant block! I hear Logan and Gold Coast just put rates up by 8%.
OO hopefully they will start soon! We have our first rates notive $510! Bl**dy Ipswich City Council! This was for almost 2 quarters though! grrr! They are apparently one of the most expensive councils for rates!
