Just received a confirmation email from Metricon's head office to advise we have had our building approved and it is 'currently going through the checking process'! (Whatever that means!)
We still haven't received our variations but they have been prioritised with the Estimating department and are due at the end of this week with any luck!
I did a count today and it's 20 weeks till Christmas so there is still hope with their 14 week build time that we will could still have handover before Christmas!
Next to come................. Start date!
That is great news - Can Metricon start on your pre-production stage (where they order everything in) or do they still have to get the ok from council?
ReplyDeletehmmm, not entirely sure how or what they do but im pretty sure they book everythin in from the beginning thats how they do it in 14 weeks but ill let you know when i do!
