Well I've just logged into our Internet banking to see that the final amount for the builder has been drawn from our account on Friday so fingers crossed the cheque arrives in the mail today and we can handover tomorrow?!
The appliances are meant to be getting installed today and the concrete at the back poured too all going well!
The security screen man just rang to say he has just done his final check measure so they will be ready in 2-3 weeks for installation. We went with crimsafe on the front (for looks and to scare the crooks away! lol!) and the regular diamond grill elsewhere. Unfortunately he said there are no other trades on site yet, damn!
