Another frustrating phone call from the supervisor relating to my email to our CSC about the extensions of time they have applied for! Although we handed back posession of the site to then on Saturday 2nd and he then had to inspect it on the Monday 4th, they have applied for extension of time until Thursday 7th as this is how long it takes them to rebook stuff. This means they have applied for 11 working days when we only had posession for 10 working days.
This really erks me and I'm going to be so furious if this is how they continue to do things to get themselves out of having to pay money back to the client when they go over time!
Sorry about the rants but i'm really over his phone calls that leave me in a furious mood!
