What, another 2 weeks?!
Just got issued with our new site start date of 20th September! Apparently we should celebrate tonight for getting the good news so she says! What on god's earth could stop they starting now for ANOTHER 2 weeks! Grrr! There will be NO celebrations tonight, not until the freaken site has been cut!

ReplyDeleteWe were informed by Metricon about a week and a half ago after being released to construction that we'd have a slab within 20 working days. Our site works commenced on Monday and we had our slab completed yesterday!
ReplyDeleteOnce they start it seems to move quickly (initially at least), which is a big relief after all the headaches you go through reaching this point.

That is a bummer - that 2 weeks was what I was talking about with Plantation. We had 2 weeks of pre-prodcution where they order materials and project plan crews.... Maybe that is what they are doing.
