I did a good deed and sent flowers yesterday to our hard working Customer Support Coordinator Alyssa. She was very appreciative and said we honestly made her day. She said it really makes everything worthwhile especially when we are both so lovely to deal with. Awww!
I then got a phone call and follow up email from our newly appointed Building Support Coordinator Natalie. She will make calls throughout different stages of the construction process to touch base and will be handling any documentation that needs to be sent out from the office (ie the bills probably!)
Anyway nice to know Metricon are soooo organised, makes me feel good about where our hard earned money is going!
Now, if only this rain will stay away so they can start our wall then our actual build!
