More dramas, expensive dramas!

Well Thursday was meant to be as simple as a bobcat guy scraping the rubbish off the front yard and putting some of the spare sandstone rocks at the end of the retaining wall at the back where the rock wall guy hadn't finished it in the first place.
So we did manage to turn this mess:

 Nice new topsoil, all neat and tidy!

However see in the background those frames on our block, grrr, their supervisor got a mouthful from me yesterday! Oh and they had been using our power for weeks so i put an end to that too!

Then we decided to get the guy to scrape some of the clay and rocks off the top of our retaining wall and put some of the new top soil on there so we could start planting it out. So we started with this:

 We found that the complete douche bag that built our wall and never finished the rocks off also never put aggie pipe in or back filled it with gravel so now we're paying for it to be done again!

I mean thank god for the new great guy who found the problem and who is fixing it all including hooking it all up to the drains etc but man what a big cost we didn't need at this end! Hopefully by the end of today it will all be sorted!

Oh and because of all this I haven't packed a single box and I have a trailer booked for 8am tomorrow morning! This is going to be a fun night! lol! Pity I'm in charge at work today so cant leave early to go home and pack or go and see what they are doing to my poor house today!
